Scope of work
Deep cleaning
Maintenance cleaning
Cleaning is performed without the use of specialized equipment (ladders, steam cleaners); dusting of surfaces is carried out within arm’s reach; we vacuum and mop the floors (furniture is not moved during floor cleaning); we wipe down open shelves; the interior of cabinets is not dusted; we wipe down mirrors and door handles; kitchen surfaces are wiped down and fresh stains are removed; in the bathroom, all sanitary ware is cleaned. Maintenance cleaning is performed 1–2 times a week following a deep clean previously provided by us.
Deep cleaning (turnkey solution)
Walls and ceilings dusted; all external surfaces wiped down from top to bottom; interiors of empty cabinets and drawers cleaned; cleaning of cabinets containing personal items available only by prior arrangement for an additional fee; pictures, mirrors, ornaments, and decor wiped down; cobwebs and dust removed from all hard-to-reach areas; chandeliers, light fixtures, outlets, switches, curtain rods, doors, frames, and furniture facades washed; upholstered furniture, carpets, and flooring vacuumed; baseboards and floors mopped, including accessible areas behind sofas, under beds, and beneath cabinets; all furniture thoroughly vacuumed; kitchen surfaces and facades cleaned, including backsplash, stovetop, sink, and extractor hood; dirty dishes loaded into the dishwasher; hand-washing dishes available for an extra charge if no dishwasher is present; refrigerator, oven, and interior cabinet cleaning by prior arrangement; trash bins washed and waste removed; comprehensive cleaning of bathroom walls and fixtures with professional-grade removal of limescale and mineral deposits; localized mold treatment in the bathroom. We move light furniture during the process; however, professional moving services are not provided. All windows washed. Please note: Post-construction cleaning is not classified as deep cleaning. Excessive grime in kitchens, bathrooms, or other areas may incur a surcharge. Professional upholstery and carpet steam cleaning are not included in the standard price.

All work is carried out as part of a professional cleaning process using specialized chemicals and equipment, aimed at removing operational soiling, stains, and odors, as well as restoring the appearance and hygienic condition of materials without compromising their structure or performance characteristics.
2.Stages of the technological process
2.1 Diagnostics and preliminary assessment
Identification of material types (fabric, leather, eco-leather, velour, microfiber, carpet fibers, composite surfaces). Assessment of the level of soiling and the nature of stains. Detection of areas with increased wear and weakened sections. Analysis of existing odors (household, organic, technical).
2.2 Testing of professional cleaning agents
Selection of detergents and cleaning products appropriate to the fiber or surface type. Spot testing in inconspicuous areas. Verification of color fastness, structural stability, and protective treatments. Adjustment of concentrations and cleaning methods.
2.3 Dry pre-cleaning
Removal of surface dust, sand, and dry debris. Cleaning of seams, joints, and hard-to-reach areas. Preparation of the surface for wet cleaning.
2.4 Pre-treatment of stains
Localized treatment of stains of various origins: grease and protein-based contamination, beverages, food residues, outdoor dirt, and dust. Application of specialized stain-removal agents. Controlled dwell time without over-wetting the material.
2.5 Main cleaning process
Even application of the cleaning solution to the surface. Mechanical agitation where required for deep cleaning. Removal of contaminants from within the fibers. Control of moisture levels according to the material type.
2.6 Extraction or steam treatment
Extraction of contaminated solution from the surface. Deep rinsing of fibers with minimal residual moisture. Steam treatment for delicate materials, a disinfecting effect, and refreshing the fabric structure.
2.7 Neutralization and stabilization
Neutralization of chemical residues. Restoration of the material’s pH balance. Reduction of the risk of re-soiling. Odor-neutralizing treatment where necessary.
2.8 Drying
Controlled drying of surfaces. Use of air movers and dehumidifiers. Preservation of shape and geometry. Minimization of drying time without overheating.
Specific features of cleaning different objects
3.1 Upholstered furniture
Cleaning without disassembly. Treatment of seats, backs, and armrests. Cleaning of seams and decorative elements. Control of filler deformation.
3.2 Carpets and carpeted surfaces
Deep cleaning of pile and backing. Removal of sand and abrasive contaminants. Preservation of pile direction and density. Minimization of residual moisture.
3.3 Curtains and hanging textiles
Cleaning without removal or dismantling. Control of solution runoff. Preservation of pleats and drapery shape. Prevention of shrinkage and deformation.
3.4 Vehicle interiors
Work in confined spaces. Treatment of combined materials (fabric, leather, plastic). Strict control of moisture levels. Cleaning of seats, headliners, carpets, and door panels. Removal of operational odors.
3.5 Yacht interiors
Consideration of increased sensitivity to moisture. Treatment of marine-grade and moisture-resistant materials. Minimal wetting of structures. Cleaning of furniture, cabins, textiles, and carpets. Operation under conditions of limited ventilation.
Professional equipment used
Extraction machines. Rotary and orbital machines. Steam generators. Industrial air movers and dehumidifiers. Manual brushing tools and specialized attachments.
Principles of using professional cleaning agents
Selection of products according to fiber and surface type. Use of formulations safe for materials. Control of concentration and exposure time. Prevention of aggressive fiber degradation. Compatibility with leather, textiles, and composite materials.
Material preservation measures
Prevention of dye leaching. Preservation of shape and resilience of fillers. Minimization of residual moisture. Operation within permissible material stress limits.
Quality criteria for completed work
Removal of operational soiling and odors. Even, uniform appearance of surfaces. Absence of streaks and stains. Preserved color and material structure. Hygienically clean condition of items.
Limitations and conditions
Severe wear and material damage. Old and oxidized stains. Previous improper cleaning. Specific usage and storage conditions. Moisture-resistance limitations of materials.
Result of the cleaning process
As a result of professional cleaning, surfaces are cleared of contaminants of various origins, visually refreshed, brought to a hygienically safe condition, and ready for further use without restrictions.
